Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) invites applications for the recruitment of 99 various vacancies in different Services through J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2013.
Name of the Post/ Service:
1. Junior Scale of J&K Administrative Service: 60 Posts
2. J&K Police (G) Service: 20 Posts
3. J&K Accounts (G) Service: 19 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 21-35 years (in case of OM candidates) as on 01-01-2013. Refer notification for category wise age limit.
Educational Qualification: candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in India or of a foreign University declared by Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent to the degree of a recognized Indian University.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview.
Application Form: Candidates seeking admission to the Preliminary Examination can obtain Application Forms along with copy of SRO 387 dated 01.12.2008, Acknowledgement Card and an Envelope for submitting the Application Form, from the designated branches of the J&K Bank on cash payment of Rs.800/- for Open Merit/ General candidates and Rs.550/- for SC, ST, RBA, LAC, Social Caste (SLC) and Physically Challenged (PHC) category candidates and the female candidates in Below Poverty Line category can obtain the Application Form from the Bank for free of cost on submission of requisite document from 13-06-2013 to 11-07-2013. Refer notification for designated branches of J&K Bank.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can submit filled in Application form in the prescribed format and Acknowledgement Card in the designated branches of the J&K Bank on or before 12-07-2013.
