Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has issued notification for the recruitment of Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and Manager posts. Eligible candidates can apply online on or before last date.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess full time two year MBA (HR) / MSW or MA (PM&IR) / Post Graduate Diploma in HR / PM&IR from a Recognized University / Institute.
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years for Post No.1, 35 years for Post No.2 and 40 years for Post No.3 as on 01-07-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in interview and medical examination.
