Names of the Posts:
1. Company Secretary (CS) & Head (Legal): 01 Post
2. Deputy Company secretary (DCS) & Legal Officer: 01 Post
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should possess Degree in Law from a recognized university.
